I have no complaints. The box from Amazon was damaged but honestly no damaged to the tire rack at all. It assembled well and hold my tires/rims perfectly. I'll probably order another one for my shop. 👍👍

I take care of three vehicles, two of which have summer and winter tire sets, the third has track and street tires and wheels. With 6 total sets of wheels and tires, it can get crowded to store and maneuver these. This caddy is able to store two full sets of these and gives a convenient way to garage them in the off season.During the assembly I was pleased with the quality of the casters. They have small wheels, but they’re solid rubber material and the bearings seemed smooth. Two of the casters swivel and have brakes, two don’t, so make sure to keep the swivels on the same end of the rack. Unfortunately, the alignment of the mounting holes between the casters and the feet of the rack wasn’t great. I had to get out a round metal file and enlarge the holes in order for the bolts to mate up straight. The tubing is a bit smaller than you might expect, and I needed to be careful not to over-torque the bolts on the frame to avoid distorting the round vertical poles.Once it’s all assembled, it feels strong enough for storage and light duty use. Assembly would definitely benefit from having two people helping, as supporting the rack while attaching the cross bars was a bit of a handful by myself. You'll also note that the directions don't exactly match the included hardware. The cap nuts and open-ended nuts are distinct and need to matched with the long and small bolts, respectively. The included wrench and hex key are not really up for the task so I ended up using my own tools. The included hex key is 5mm and ended up rounding off very easily.In the photos you’ll see what the rack looks like with 4 225x45R18 (bottom) and 225x45R17 (top). There’s plenty of room and I could easily fit my 265 profile track tires on here if I needed to. The cover is a tight fit but will do the job to keep dust from collecting and to make it a bit more attractive. The cover is silver on one side and black on the other. I didn’t try to reverse it to see if the black cover could be on the outside but I don’t see why this wouldn’t work if you prefer.

This model has casters mounted on a flat steel plate. It seems to be more sturdy than the type where the caster is a single threaded stud. I'd buy it again

I bought 3 of these for use at my work to store some tires outside and down in our shop, the overall build quality is okay, but the fit and finish could be better. There is quite a bit of flex in the whole assembly since there is no bracing/gussets in the corners where the sides bolt to the main rails. Being able to roll around 2-3 sets at a time is nice, but one wheel sits about 1"-2" off of the ground until you load it with tires, then it levels out. I'm willing to bet it's a manufacturing defect, since we tried unbolting both sides and turned them around and reinstalled, it still had the same issue. Not sure if this is going to cause issues down the road, since it is bending the whole assembly when loaded to straighten out. The cover is nice, but it doesn't look like there is a way to secure it to the rack, so I'm betting that one of the covers will be blown off by the wind at some point. With the top rack adjusted as high as it will go, it will not fit anything larger than 20" tires on the bottom shelf. Even some 20" tires depending on width and sidewall height will probably not fit. Overall, these are usable, but I'm not sure they're worth the money.

My first order was delivered by USPS. The box was badly damaged in shipping with the flanges that the wheel mounts to sticking out of the box and also badly bent so you couldn't attach the wheels. I returned it but this was extremely inconvenient as you have to box it back up. It's a big box and if the box is damaged you either need to have another huge box on hand or try to tape up the broken one.I got a replacement which was delivered by Amazon in almost the same condition. Box badly damaged, flanges sticking out of the broken box. It is badly scratched up in several places but at least this time the flanges are flat. I'm keeping it because it's inconvenient to return and I don't want to wait anymore for this storage. The bottom line is the packaging is not appropriate for the size and shape of this thing. I would be surprised if a large percentage don't show up damaged.The good news is it is nice and sturdy once assembled. It is well designed and works very well. It holds 4 wheels with 235/35 R20 tires with room to spare.
