I didn't realize this wasn't just monk fruit extract (in bulk packaging) but rather a supplement that is used to bulk you up that is sweetened with the extract. Tasted fine, just not what i needed.

Product photos don't show that it contains maltodextrin which has a high glycemic index. I can't return it due to it being a food product.

I've brought this Monk Fruit Extract from Bulk Supplements.com but the descriptions stated it was all natural with no additives. When I received this product, I read the label and it has Maltodextrin which is an additive. I figured I would try it anyway but I noticed it has an after taste. The product is ok but it isn't all natural as specified on the Amazon website. This is why I gave it a 2 stars because it isn't an All Natural Monk Fruit Extract and it has an after taste. I won't be buying this product again. I hope my review will help others make a decisive choice concerning this product.

I ordered this thinking it was 100% Monk Fruit Extract, but Maltodxtrin is listed under 'Other Ingredients' on the back of the package. (I have now noticed the photos in the description don't include the back of the package; that's deceiving). Monk fruit extract does not raise blood sugar levels (which is why I bought it in the first place) whereas Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index (GI) value, which means it can cause a spike in your blood sugar. So disappointed; I want my money back but this item is not eligible for return. Two stars because it does taste good.
