Great product.

I received these tablets on 28th December. My cholesterol was 6.7, I had a good cholesterol ratio, as my HDL was high. However, I took between 2.5 - 3 tablets daily, followed a low saturated fat diet. I asked my GP for a repeat blood test, which I had on 30th January. I am so happy to report that my cholesterol is now 5.4!!!! I bought a couple of low cholesterol cookbooks from Amazon, which helped too. I am definitely going to be ordering these tablets from now on. Good luck everybody 🙏

With very good diet choices, lots of healthy fats like avocado, salmon and nuts and regular exercise cholesterol is back on track and overall reading down into the 3.6 range. Firstly I advice asking for all of your readings not just the overall average, ask how they work it out, ask which levels to reduce and how, which levels to increase and why. Be an advocate for your own health before signing up to statins for life, there is no going back.Also they don’t advise what to do before a cholesterol test. Abstain from alcohol for 1 or 2 weeks if you can, alcohol will skew you reading and stays in your system for days, don’t exercise within 24 hours of a test, don’t drink coffee before a test and fast for 12 hours. This will give you the best chance of a fair and accurate reading because all of the above will send it up up up and can lead to higher results when possibly you just had a bad weekend. They take non of this into account. If you are generally fit, you exercise and 90% of the time eat healthy then give yourself the best chance of not taking life long medication on a dubious reading. I had 4 tests over a year with the aim to change my diet, one test was after a celebratory weekend and the readings were all of a sudden in the 6 range when previously they had been reducing nicely. One month later after asking for a retest and following a healthy regime for 2 weeks back down to 3.6. It makes a massive difference. The sterols help if you also eat healthy and keep fit.

Waiting to see if they help but as others have said difficult to swallow, could do with a coating as they’re so large. I found swallowing with a hot drink helps it seems to melt them a bit, otherwise they can get stuck which isn’t pleasant. Good value though.

The media could not be loaded. I've been taking plant sterols for about 6 months now and I changed to this brand 2 months ago and my cholesterol has gone down by 1.5 points. In just under 6 weeks I'm still getting great results from these plant sterols. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone else who is trying to lower their cholesterol. I take 4 tablets 3.2g daily and have definitely had a good reaction from them. Getting back to the gym and adapting my diet more now so I hope to see another drop in my cholesterol levels.Thank youMark Pritchard

Brought down cholesterol level, which was the main thing. Side effects is that it increased weight.
