Amazon did nothing for me but seller reached out and offered full refund for defective speaker. Great support 5 stars......Received speaker a few months ago and used it the first time yesterday. Speaker cuts in and out. It's pass 30 days return time so Amazon just ignored me. Be careful and look else where if you want a quality speaker, no after support and it's junk.

I use the speaker for my computer most times, but I love the fact that I can grab it and go, connect my phone to it and have a boom box. It's loud, powerful, and has many convenient controls. I find the battery lasts longer when you use aux, but either way, it still lasts very long.

Its a great speaker. Only complaints are that the Bluetooth range its lacking and the volume is different depending on the device you are using so its dificukt to say whether the volume its at max or not. Apart from that its grat for home parties and going to the beach.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me start by saying that I already have the 50w version, and that this is my second W-KING portable speaker.I've had several other Bluetooth wireless speakers over the years. They get used hard and very often, mostly outdoors, where volume is an issue. I need a speaker that can be heard while work or gardening from 100' feet away. This one does it. Inside, it is as loud as anyone would ever really need. However, don't rely on just the volume button on your phone. If you tap the plus button quickly, the volume goes higher than just using your phone buttons (it's in the manual).The connection my phone was simple and immediate when I turned it on. At first the volume wasn't much different than the 50w version, which I also purchased previously, then I tapped the volume button and became impressed. So, I took it outside for the garden test. To my joy it passed with flying colors! I could hear it clearly 100' away, across a stream.Initially I wasn't really interested in the integrated lights that come with it, but I have to admit, they add a good bit of fun. There is a switch t turn them off if that's not your thing. Will be a fun visual addition when hosting guests, or just dancing around in the house.Being waterproof is a wonderful bonus. Like I mentioned, this gets used outside, where there are hoses, children, wet dogs, and impromptu rain/drizzle. A waterproof unit is essential in our house.I feel the designers created a very nice product that delivers good sound, loud volume, and a subtle yet fun visual display. I don't know about the battery life yet, but based on my other W-KING speaker, I'm sure the battery life is amazing.Overall I would say this is a great speaker!

The media could not be loaded.  Out with the Old & in with the new , my old WKing speaker lasted almost 3 years of playing nearly 24/7 & at full volume most of the time , one of the Woofers let go I think . Just received my new W King speaker & wow I forgot how Great these speakers sound , and also great Battery life is also . I highly recommend these speakers , I thing I'm going to order another one to create a Greater stereo sounding work area !

It's not that powerful and it hardly has any bass that you can feel plus it cuts in and out while playing.
