One star because our mat came with a long crack. We will need a replacement. Other than that, it is a nice product, thick and soft, baby likes it a lot.UPDATE: Very reliable customer service, worked really fast to provide a replacement in less than a week - and this during the shelter in place in a covid-19 world!Our baby has been enjoying this mat for a week and really loves it. The printings are really nice and stimulate her to start crawling. The texture is soft and nice, also easy to clean. We recommend this product, great to create safe play areas for babies.

We have hard wood floors and my baby just started to roll over, I had a blanket and play mat under her but it wasn't that wide and the padding wasn't that great, this made me really nervous. I ordered this mat after reading many great reviews and this mat did not disappoint, it is the perfect thickness and a good size. The print is really cute too, my toddler likes to play on it with the baby and it is big enough for them both with still plenty of room to roll over and play with toys. It is also easy to wipe clean.

Had this for about 6 months. Holding up great. Only use it for playing with baby so it’s perfect for that. Protects for falls nicely. Such a pretty design too

When my baby was about 12 months old I was in the market to look for her very first playmat. My criteria were a unique print, a generous sizing, thick quality with a good cushioning foam, easy cleaning and wipeable surface and of course, a reasonable price. I purchased this mat after returning the  SoftTiles Children's Playmat- Safari Animals- Premium Interlocking Foam Large Floor Tiles for Girls Playroom and Baby Nursery 78" x 78" (Light Pink, Light Gray, White) SCSAFWCH  due to sizing issue, and this became a keeper for us. See below for a breakdown of its pros and cons.Pros -THICKNESS: This mat will take some time getting used to in the beginning because the thickness was very thick - it was a generous 3/4". In time, this became a huge plus because our baby rarely gets hurt whenever she plays on here, it was made of a great cushiony foam that they just pick themselves right up after falling on their tush or gently tumble over. Without this mat, the result would've been a few bumps and bruise.TOUCH AND FEEL: There is a mild stickiness to the touch due to the nature of the laminated quality, and it does have a textured feel. This isn't a smooth surface mat. Does this get hot in the summer? Not for me. We have had this for over a year and it has been great year round. It may get warm every now and then but never to the point of sweatiness.CLEANING AND CARE: This is a huge point in my decision of keeping this mat. Everything wipes right off, from chocolate to cake, to milk and water. The surface is nonporous, so cleaning is extremely easy and hassle-free.COLOR AND PRINTING: The graphic coloration on the mat is great. The color is less saturated and appears timeless, it still looks like new one year later.Cons -STORAGE: This mat does not want to be folded. Due to the thickness of the mat itself, rolling this up will look somewhat like a large fabric roll. Bulky and will take up quite a bit of storage space.FINISHING: My only complain to this is the fabric binding around the edges. Due to the thickness of the mat, the sewing is imperfect and the thread does unravel a bit over time due to wear and tear.

Love it ! I was hesitant to buy this because it didn’t have thousands of reviews like other play mats . But this is thick, comfy, and easy to clean :) . Very happy with the purchase . We’re still working on it getting completely flat due to it being in a roll so long. But I’m sure it’ll flatten out with time

Love this. Best buy. I didn't want the foam puzzle because I didn't want pieces to be missed. My 6 month old son loves it. As soon as I rolled it out he was excited. The size is great it's a good area rug just for play time and tummy time. I've already had to clean it and it is super easy. So far everything that they say is true. I recommend it for sure

Really nice mat. Thickest on the market. The colors are nice and neutral. It's got the elephants and deer on one side and the penguin and trees on the other so it's reversible. I aired it out outside and the plastic smell came out quickly. It layed almost completely flat by the next day. I bought it so my baby could practice sitting and crawling without hitting his head against our wood floor cause head injuries suck.

Quality is not so great. We have been only used for three month. This is not the only mat we got for the baby who is 8 month old. She just started crawling so haven’t been on the mat for too long and the surface is already peeling off. There are other mats you can find that are better in quality for this price.
