This product has helped to level off my glucose to under 100 a day. I was running between 120 and 130.It's also proven for me, to be an appetite suppressant.My son-in-law's blood sugar was 119 the morning I took it while visiting. I gave him two Carlson Ceylon Cinnamon that day and the next morning his reading was 98. He has diabetes in his family so I gave him enough to get started until he got home and could purchase some.I'm a firm believer in Ceylon Cinnamon. I'll continue taking it.I'd highly recommend this cinnamon and I love the Carlson brand.

Carlson is a trusted brand is why I but it. Ceylon Cinnamon is true cinnamon whereas just plain everyday cinnamon like you get from a grocery store is bark and can be hard on a persons liver. I've been supplementing with it for over a year in hopes of lowering my blood sugar but so far it hasn't seemed to helped. But, what works for one person may not work for another person.

Good product for the price

This is a high quality product at a great price. I take 2 capsules a day, 1 in the morning and one at night with my metformin capsule. It does make a difference in the numbers. I was out of the cinnamon capsules for a couple of days, and I wondered why my blood sugars were 20 to 50 points higher. When I got my reorder in, my blood sugars went down in a couple of days. Hopefully, as long as I'm taking these cinnamon supplements, they will keep me from having to increase my metformin. Of course, as always, correct food choices and exercise help to keep blood sugar under control.
