Easy language and easy to understand.Covers all the topics of HR thoroughly.I found it very useful.

This book Was absolutely amazing. It had so many illustrations and test questions for me to be able to do and utilize that I am 100% sure that I will pass my exam soon. The chapters were so easy to follow and that it was just making me comfortable And less anxiety when reading over the information.

This is not a great study guide. I found errors more than a few times within the book, where questions/answers in the practice tests did not match the material in the corresponding chapter. Many words were spelled wrong, etc. I would not advise using this - I returned it for a different study guide.

I bought this about a month before my PHR test and only used this and flashcards to study. I ended up passing my test, so I feel like this prepared me well.

My team purchased this book to study for the PHR. It barely skims the surface of what you need to know for the exam. The practice questions were not great, also the organization of the book was confusing for flipping back and forth to the questions/answers. I would skip this book and go for a Sandra Reed one that is more comprehensive.
