My almost two-year-old really likes this magnet sorter. He hasn’t grasped the concept to sort by color but seems to really enjoy the magnet feature. I’m sure as he gets older he will stay engaged and begin to sort them. The pathways are somewhat narrow so it is a little difficult to get all the pieces to the bottom before sorting. Overall a nice Montessori style toy for kids.

This is a great toy for number and color recognition, as well as fine motor skills and hand strengthening. The magnet is strong, the beads are the right size, and there is a magnet by the pen holder to keep the pen in place when not being used. I have two issues, though. The first is that the rim for the yellow net looks more like a light orange, so that might confuse kids at first. Second is just a minor annoyance - there's little bits of Styrofoam inside the game (in the pic you can see it good below the brown net). It doesn't affect play, it just bothers me that I can't clean it out.

I got this because my youngest is very much into educational toys. I wanted to challenge her and thought this would be great for her and her sister to play with together. Both my youngest and oldest kinda struggled to play but they did enjoy trying to move the magnet balls around. I reccomend this for older kids since trying to move the right ball into the right spot is pretty difficult.

This worked well for my students. They seemed to love it.

Very durable and a good bang for your buck. Strong magnetic balls and pen. Great for road trips!
