I bought this to cut down an invasive tree. Best 50 bucks I ever spent! It's lightweight. Haven't tried to use it on much bigger than four inches, but it doesn't claim to take care of actual trees that large. But, it's basically replaced my plug in hedge trimmer. It's lightweight and a beast. I do religiously follow the care and maintenance instructions.

We cut these dead limbs down in less than 5 minutes. My husband loves it and calls it a little shredder. He says it’s very strong for its size and easy to use. All around great tool for a homeowner. Comes with everything you need.

Worked like a charm to cut back a bunch of brush in my backyard. I cut down some brush that had a significant trunk that probably was close to 6 inches in diameter. I basically cut half on one side half on the other, no problem. I never came close to running out of battery power. Very light, very easy to use. The instructions, however, for putting back on the chain are not great. Let’s see how it holds up, but for the amount that I paid, I think I already got my money’s worth out of it. It’s a nice touch having the Carry bag, the safety glasses and the gloves included.

Works great for a small battery powered chain saw.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought an inexpensive model for thick branches. It was awful. The chain kept falling off, the directions were not great, it was difficult to put back together, and the chain continued to fall off. I returned that model and was so happy I ordered this one. This one was the complete opposite! It worked like a dream!

Battery life is ok. Don’t expect this tool to last for long. I only use for camping cutting small branches for firewood. Lasted about 4 trips. The motor has overheating protection. Once I triggered that and let the tool cool down, the motor stopped working after the third time. Now it’s in the garbage. Very disappointing.

Love this saw. When I told my husband I ordered this saw he just kind of grinned. Well this saw arrived and after charging the battery I went to work. There were several overgrown pine trees I had wanted to limb up and trim back and this saw did the job. Most of the limbs were 2-3 inches in diameter and the saw cut right through. I cut approximately 30 branches and it was amazing. My husband was quite impressed but I just smiled at him and said "get your own, this one is mine".
