Delicious dark chocolate taste for baking.
These dark chocolate chips are now my favorite for baking. The flavor is excellent and they spread easily in batter for homemade protein bars.

Bought this to add to smaller baking items. Would not recommend, arrived as a solid block. Such a waste of money and can’t be returned for obvious reasons.

Loved the smoothness and flavour of this rich dark chocolate. I made chocolate cups filled with a white chocolate mint mousse that was served at my Afternoon Tea as one of the desserts. It was a big hit.

Not good for flavored chocolates
I decided to buy this to make my Christmas chocolates and although it was nice and smooth when melted and pouring into molds, the next day they tasted grainy and lost their shine. Very disappointed as I was expecting this brand to be very good. Now I have an extra bag that I'm not sure what I will do with.
