The product is worth buying for, gives a good grip, and can be used on barbells, dumbells, and pully rods. You can use it to train all your parts except your legs :P . Provides a good muscle tension.Grab It.

The grip is very hard and one need to use a lot of power to put the grip on any instrument. If you somehow manage to put the grip on, while using it hearts the palms.
