Got this Beati Faucet 20 Stage Shower Head Filter for Hard Water around a month ago. The directions were so easy to understand & the install was so easy to do. I did have a small issue with screwing the filter on to my water nozzle, it felt as if it was going to strip & did start to slip on the threads a small amount. I did have to back it off a few times & the by the third time I got it on. I think the issue was the plastic threading on the filter itself. I did manage to get it on easily it just took a few attempts. For the price point this is a good little filter for my shower & I have noticed that my hair isn't as frizzy due to the hard water from my well and my skin is slightly less dry. Would recommend if you are looking for a good starter filter for your shower & to lessen the hard water. It comes with 2 filters total, one you will have to install into the attachment & that leaves you with one replacement filter for future use. Remember to apply the teflon tape that is supplied with your order
