Darn Tough VermontMen's Merino Wool Boot Socks Full Cushion Socks

Liked it very much, very comfortable to wear

I really like these socks, but the price is not for me. After wearing these socks the 2nd time I did not turn it inside out (I believe the label said to turn the socks inside out when washing it) and the socks started to pill/looked linty looking/looked thready looking WHICH SUCKS since it was kind of expensive for a pair. Though, it is my fault for not following the machine wash care. Socks fit true to size and the socks are comfy and thick, but not too thick if that makes sene. I bought these socks to test the moisture wicking feature, I think it works HAHA. I use the socks for work and I work in the kitchen. I guess you can say the thermo regulating feature and odor resistant feature works. The socks are pretty warm but it didn’t bother me.

Extremely comfortable! Keeps your feet warm without over heating. Wore them constantly for 8 days while in Iceland kept my feet the perfect temperature inside and outside. Have 2 pair alternating each day and i never had to wash them there was never a smell.

I've always had issues with foot odor. I work on a factory floor and have always worn steel-toed leather boots for safety reasons, but at the end of the day it was always bad when I took off the boots no matter the powders or insoles I bought. After a lot of digging, I came across the idea of merino wool, and subsequently these socks. The price-point of $22 a pair made me hesitant to buy these but their lifetime gaurentee is what finally won me over. The first day I wore them was a fantastic success, I took off my boots and there was no smell and no moisture. Normally something that can be smelled a room away had been reduced to a faint odor detectable only from a 1/4 inch from my nose! Being the curious sort I am, I ran an experiment. While I think the results were a little skewed by my showering, I still think they preformed a fantastic feat (pun intended!). I wore the socks as continuously as I could, and it wasn't until 5 days later that my girlfriend caught on and told me I had to wash them, and even then she admitted the the odor was almost imperceptible!PROS: good quality; comfortable all day in boots; lifetime wear-out gaurentee; and despite only 69% merino wool, good odor control.CONS: still a rather high price-point for the product. I'd feel more comfortable with it being $15-$20 a pair, or a combo pack that gave a bulk discount.

Great quality! Wore brand new doc martens with these socks and did not get a single blister while breaking them in. 10/10 would recommend and buy again
