Easy installation, very easy to use and very adujustable

This is an updated review, the customer service quickly responded and manufactured a modified version to fix the problem. They literally improved the design according to customer’s feedback in a few days. I’ve never experienced a company that move so quickly in responding to feedback.Original post:The overall quality is OK, my plumber took a relatively short amount of time to install it and no leaking was observed. But the water outlet is too close to the edge which makes it almost unusable without pulling the tube out. I’ll try to keep it longer to see if I can get used to it. But don’t have a high hope.

The media could not be loaded.  The faucet itself looks very nice and I like that the handle has a notch for easy return guiding after pulling it out (0.50 of video). I saw a review that the handle would touch the wall when turning on hot water, mine is very slightly turned which allows me to fully turn on the hot water without the handle touching any object and in my opinion unnoticeable. This faucet also came with a split line for filtered water. Multiple fittings are included in the box. To install in an apartment I needed a trip to my local hardware store for a splitter for the cold water main (shown in the 3rd picture). Ease of function on the filtered line is a 10, very easy to use once installed. Installation of the whole faucet was relatively simple except for the step which requires connecting the cold water line to the splitter (4th picture top right hose). That requires either pliers for better leverage. The overall function of the faucet is good, the only downside being how short of a distance from the back of the sink the faucet reaches in its resting state. The hose does however have very good length and can reach outside of the sink.

I like the simplicity of this faucet's design. It's well made and was easy to install. From start to finish it took me less than 15 minutes. The pull out sprayer is a great feature and it has a decent reach to it. I like that it has a normal and pressure spray option. We don't use the water purifier on it so we simply installed a plug in that hose. It works great and we're very satisfied with it!

The product I received was obviously used and had WATER dripping out of the hose. There were so some obvious scratches and water stains on the faucet.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchase this in August 2023. Had it installed by plumber. Worked great, looked great. The water filter knob started dripping yesterday, so I contacted Amazon as you can’t take it apart to try to fix it. Amazon couldn’t replace it but they did send refund code, and I have to box it up and take it to UPS. I might’ve got a faulty one, but I’m choosing not to order this one again just in case.Update 12/23/23: So I ended up ordering another one because I couldn't find one with built in drinking faucet that worked for my small bar sink (we only have the one hole drilled for faucet and soap dispenser hole). We installed the new faucet and the next day the quick connect blew apart under the sink. We ended up returning again and ordering another one. Same issue. We made sure it clicked and turned on and blew apart. Might be an issue with their quick connect part, so we turned down the water pressure under our sink and so far its ok, but the water pressure stinks. Drinking water portion works fine, though. I emailed the company's customer service over 3 weeks ago to see if there is a known issue with that part or if we are doing something wrong, but no response. Keeping it for now as we mostly use that faucet for the drinking water, but hoping other more known manufacturers will start making all in one faucets so we will have options in the future when this one doesn't work correctly anymore.

I think this kitchen faucet is pretty cool. It has three different ways to use it, like spraying water and getting regular water. The hose is really long and easy to move around. You can also change how hot or cold the water is with just one handle. It's made of strong metal that won't get rusted. It was easy to put in and the instructions were helpful. I think it's a great faucet for any kitchen!

I was more than impressed and a little surprised as this was a lot better than I expected.Also surprising, I did not realize that this included an option for connecting to a water filter apparently. We do filter our water via an external device today. Will have to look into some filter options that will work with this faucet, seems universal but I do not know that for sure yet. (will update on that more later).Everything about this faucet looks and feels like quality. This is NOT plastic, its metal and a substantial amount of metal too!
