IT BURNT MY HAIR OFF!
The media could not be loaded. Let me preface this with my hair is in perfect condition, not too fine or treated at all. Had hair protection spray on it. I'm also 49 and have been using or practising with hair products for over 40 of those! Never with an issue like this. It feels cheap and there are no proper instructions so you're left guessing. So I took my heat proof glove(best thing in the kit!) And wrapped my hair gently away from the base. Then pressed rhe button for it to turn. I didn't feel any pulls and I left it for 6 seconds. Tried to remove my hair and quickly realised it was all caught up at the base of the unit. In thr end I just had to keep scrabbling to remove as much as possible before I had a bald patch in my very long hair! It smells of cheap plastic and the clip they give you is less than adequate also. So when I'd finally got as much out as possible some just came away in my hand, the video shows what is absolutely caught up in it and won't come out. Needless to say I'm sending it back and getting a refund. Avoid this please! It doesn't do what you need it to. There's no way to safely secure your hair and no way to safely release it either. It doesn't get close enough to your scalp to get a long curling it only has one speed. Very fast. It would be super easy to burn you scalp. Truthfully not sure sure it should be sold. I have nonclue how it's passed its safety tests. Avoid.

Didn't even use this item as I couldnt work out where to put my hair, no instructions of how to use, sent straight back!

Probably should have sent back! don't find it easy to use , it doesn't hold my hair very well . I'll pass it on to someone else just not for me .

Just received it today. Looks good. Good quality for the price. I gave it a quick try out. Looks like it will do the job.
