My daughter loved it!
These items do not glow in the dark like some may think but they are definitely UV reactive and glow very well with the use of black lights. My daughter’s birthday party turned out better than I expected and I would recommend these items to others who are looking for black light decorations.

The best Neon decorations
This was used as birthday decorations fornmy niece's 17th birthday celebration.. It was such great quality we saved the banner and several pieces for future celebrations. The neon/glow in the dark colors were bright and vibrant.. Definitely a must order and a will order again.

Good set BUT the balloons were horrible
Great set everythingwas good quality except for the balloons they had a very very strong chemical smell and they were thin I ended up returning this set because of the smell other than that good product just don’t use the balloons I guess

Has a little bit of everything
Had a glow party for the little one and wasn't even sure where to start, this has a little bit of everything to get you headed in the right direction. I added a few more signs and streamers to add more eye appeal when the lights were off, they loved it! Black lights are NOT included nor indicated in the description, I bought enough of those for all the light fixtures in the room.

Good set but the balloons smell like chemicals
The set came with a lot of good stuff but the balloons were pretty much unusable because they had a strong chemical smell.
