Alexa keeps going silent
Appear to not be the only person to experience this issue. Apparently the fix is to cycle the power. Come Amazon surely some sort of update to fix this issue permanently is due….???

Fab little device
I bought this POP as a cheap extension to my Echo system for the garage. Picks up the wifi easily without dropping out and has a surprisingly punchy sound for such a little device. I would recommend for kids rooms and areas that don't need HIFI sound

I Love This
I treated myself to one of these on the Amazon Prime Day, as my very old Amazon Echo (First Generation) was having difficulties connecting to my new internet. It is amazing the difference a few years makes with technology. Where my old first gen Echo is so much bigger and weighs really heavy, this one feels so light, it is as if nothing is inside it! It is quite small, about the size of an old alarm clock, so it sits in a corner hardly noticed. The sound quality is just the same as the old one. I really like the announcement feature with Alexa too, and no one really ever tires of asking Alexa questions.
