ABSOLUTLY AMAZING PAN. This is my egg pan. they never stick, I use it almost every day and its as good as the 1st time I used it. easy to clean looks great and has a great feel. highly recommend.

These are my new favorite pans. I had been looking for ceramic pans that are PFAS-free that were also scratch resistant, and these are it. They basically wipe clean if you take the time to properly preheat them (I usually preheat for a few minutes on medium low before adding butter or oil, and just a little bit goes a long way!) and let them cool completely before washing. They are on the pricey side at $120 for two pans, but so far the price has been worth it.

This pan looks great but the packaging is terrible and it's just asking for shipping damage as shown in the photo. Nearly all the fine edges are exposed.

I bought these previously as a complete set and loved them so much I added more to it. These pans are non-stick and stay non-stick even after years of daily use. They don’t warp like a lot of others I’ve tried and are very easily cleaned.

I like that the coating is outside the pan also. It heats up super quick due to being aluminum. It’s light weight. It seems very durable compared to Teflon like coatings. I use wood utensils in it with no problem. Cleanup seems easy.

This is actually the second pan of this that I've bought. I bought a new one because after 6 years of heavy use (nearly every other day on average) the non-stick surface wasn't what it was when it was new. I have the two smaller pans as well and they are still like the day I bought them. I've had many "non-stick" pans over the years, but these are by far the most durable and have the most even heating surface. If you buy a non-stick and intend for it to last indefinitely, that's just not reasonable. May be a little on the heavy side for some users, but with a good quality pan, light weight typically equates to poor quality and terrible durability and warping. Overall this is a great quality if you are looking for a non-stick surface.
