So, you are a little chunky or have some old excess skin?
Then this will help! I’ve lost about 40 pounds and also do admittedly still have some love handles. I have some loose skin and every once in a while will wear a shirt that kind of shows that stuff more than normal. I slide this thing on (it’s snug but not suffocating) put my shirt or whatever on and it’s helped pull in some of the weird loose skin spots and helped with my love handles that I’m still working on. Not noticeable with anything I wear, either.Really glad I have it as it gives me even more confidence than before. Also, I want to let your know that you *can* lose the weight. You have to WANT to. Like really want to. When you’re bored or the belly starts rumbling, it’s in those moments that you say “I want to be healthy and or look better than I want that snack”. It’s a day to day battle at first, but soon it gets easier as your habits change.I genuinely know you can do it and are worth the effort. Do good things for yourself. One of the best things you can do is treat yourself and your body like you deserve to live a long and healthy life. Remember, all any of the scam diets, gimmick fads etc boil down to is this… calorie deficit. That’s it. You absolutely cannot gain weight if you eat fewer calories than you burn. You will win.

Nice soft material
Product is nice and soft, doesn’t make you itch like other brands. Almost feels like a actual tank top.

Too small to try on
Ordered XL and couldn't get it over my shoulders

Does what it’s intended for.
Just got it today and I’m very happy with the results. It was a pain to put on but all compression shirts are. I’m hoping it lasts a while since putting it on feels like it will tear something eventually but so far I’m very happy with it. I’m very self conscious about my slight gynecomastia and with this shirt I feel more comfortable with myself!

Really does help in reducing the curves.
This is the first type of compression shirt I have owned, and was really curious how big of a difference it would actually make. This shirt does not have a tag or anything to indicate the back and front of the shirt. When I first tried it on I had it backwards, and it felt really weird. I had to go back to the store page to look at how the models were wearing the shirt to know if I had it on correctly. Once I put it on the correct way, it felt much better. The stitches that go across the shirt are meant for your stomach area.I am pleased with the results of this compression shirt. I feel it helps smooth out the curves, and some shirts that are a little tight on me, are no longer tight. I can wear a 2XL shirt now.First Picture is before wearing the compression shirt.Second Picture is when I was wearing the compression shirt.

Cheaply made, constricting and very tight to be an XL size
I purchased this compression shirt to use when working out. The XL size was very tight and constricting. Thus, making it difficult to wear. The material was cheap and very flimsy. I ended up cutting the compression shirt in order to get out of it. Avoid this maker.

XXL fits my 44" waist fine, but hard to get on
Honestly, I was very happy that the sizing wasn't running small on these. I had expected I might not be able to personally try this as I'd hoped to, but hurray for me I could get it on!I'm 6' and 330lbs, though I'm also an endomorph so I look more like your average 280lb 6' guy. 44" waistline when not slouching. It advises to step into the neck hole and pull up your body to put this on. I simply could not do that. I do suffer from arthritis which made that process very much harder than typical though.I was able to roll it up and wriggle it on over my head and roll it down my torso. My shoulders are too wide for this process to happen easily either, but at least I /could/ do it.Phew! Now that I've won my first WWE title I can see how this feels and works. In short - it feels nice and works as expected. For one used to compression sleeves and gloves I'm already used to this material and thankfully this particular product doesn't seem to contain any additives some do that caused itchy rashes to form. It has the same cooling effect that most compression items have, which I really do appreciate with the temps jumping over 40F higher than they've been the past couple weeks very suddenly!I'm able to move about and such normally wearing it and it /does/ squish my belly a notable amount. It does so more by encouraging better posture and supporting my poor flabby abs in keeping my belly from loosely hanging out and down uncomfortably so. I say I have a 44" waist, but with poor posture and "just letting it hang" I do balloon to more a 46-48" waist. With this I can comfortably fit in my 44" shorts where without it my belly is digging into the waistband of the same shorts. So, yeah, it'll help "slim" your waist mostly if you actually gain any benefit from "Sucking it in." ... or you know, actually standing/sitting up and not fully laxing your abs.It doesn't actually seem to claim it, but it really does help my posture and did help with my lower back pains. Funnily enough it did this mostly as if I slouched this would condense and put extra weight on my slouched shoulders and back. It actually felt good to correct and straighten up my back and shoulders and this went from being an extra weight on poor posture to making it feel easier to maintain better posture. Seems odd, but when it's shaped how it wants to be it's happier and supportive. Elastics prefer to be at rest so poor posture stretches and I actually had to fight to keep the poor posture harder than it was to maintain good posture.Anyway - only reason this isn't 5* is the seams unfortunately were coming apart at the belly by the end of the first day wearing it. The wrestling match to put it on doesn't help much either and isn't prolonging the stitching I'm sure.

Tight in the Right Places
This successfully does what it needs to do. Holds in what needs to be held in. I look a little more trim!

Fit & Finish
The Shaper tank top is a good fit overall. Just a little longer for my torso as my height is 5'5" but body width fit is perfect as I'm 170lbs with a chest measurement of 44" and gut measurement of 46". After 6 wears and 2 hand washes, I noticed almost like a transparent thread showing through the seams of the upper body. I feel the construction of the shaper is slightly below my standard as I have other shapers that are not showing similar wear and tear. Good short-term use but can't say if this will last too long.

Not a great compression shirt
Doesn't do a good job for compression at all. Material is too thin.
