They reformulated the colors but kept the same name/number for the color. So, if you have been using a certain color for years, if you order that color now, something completely different shows up. The new “310” is not even close to the 310 that I have used for several years. I purchased this bottle because the seller had advertised the old bottle with the black top, so I was hoping they were selling the original 310. But I did not receive what was pictured. I received the new 310 in the new bottle and the shade is alabaster when compared to my original 310. Buyer beware!

This is not the original Lancôme makeup or what was advertised. Lancôme changed the product and the color is not the same. I was hopeful. Seller needs to change picture and description.

What I received was not the correct makeup color or type. Wrong box, wrong bottle, wrong color number. It is close, and better than nothing, so I’m not returning it, but it is a bait and switch

Disappointed the one one the right is what I had the one on the left it what I received. I get it if it changed bottles but this was all dried up I can’t use it.

Don't be fooled into thinking that this is the original formula based on the photo. It is the new formula which you can buy at the mall for $20.00 less! I was so disappointed! I was hoping that because of the picture and the price that it was the original, discontinued formula. Don't make the same mistake that I did!

Really like it. I am of a “ certain age” that requires moisture and some coverage. I have very sensitive skin and Lancôme is one of few products that soothes and doesn’t bother

I love getting my makeup online ! It is a joy not to shop at a department store makeup department.... the foundation arrived in very nice packaging... so happy my color is available. I will continue to purchase this product in the future !

I have had the most difficult time trying to find a make up for my 62 year old skin. This make up is PERFECT. Light weight, coverage is excellenmt and stays through the day, a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for.
