Best sharpening stone I’ve ever had or used.
The stone is the correct size for sharpening my straight razor, pocket knife and hunting knife. It sharpens blades quickly and creates an edge that lasts longer, even with constant use. Superb sharpening stone!!!

"Duel grit": Just so you know, having two sides doesn't make it duel.
I hate buying from sellers on Amazon that have one description for multiple items and some "catch all" text that doesn't do anything but confuse an mislead customers. So I'm writing this so people will know, the stone is not duel grit, it's the same on both sides. It's fine/smooth... good for final finish or honing straight razors perhaps (though I wouldn't use it on mine, I have a wider higher quality stone and would suggest you do the same if you have decent straight razors)

Whetstone is OK, Strop is not
Sent a cheap strop that is not like the one in the photo. The hardware is different and there is no linen strop, just one cheap, short leather one. The whetstone required a bit of flattening and prep, but is a decent one. Not sure that it is a true 3000 grit yet, but it does do a decent sharpening job.The vendor was contacted about the strop, and they did offer to replace it. But for the time spent and price I just found a much better one elsewhere. Not sure if I'll do business with this vendor again, but give them credit for making the offer to replace that strop.

A whetstone is better
I don’t even know if this does anything at all… I notice no difference until I use a 600 grit and then a 2000 grit whetstone. I am usually for a straight razor for shaving.

Decent Stone
Stone is not dual sided, also stated 3k but unsure on the grit of this stone. Does not come with slurry stone or angle guide. It is a nice smooth stone, easily lapped and wide enough for straight razors on a single pass.

Good value.
Natural stone with a smooth hard surface. I use an 8k or 10k soaking stone to make a slurry and speed up the sharpening of my straight razor. I do about 20 passes then finish with just water. I've tried passes under running water but can't tell if it makes difference. Finally strop to get rid of any burrs.
