Q: Does this costume come with the hat and gloves? What are the listed items for this costume?

It comes with dress, an apron (a wide belt with more ghostly material hanging down), a short cape that ties at the neck, gloves and the hat which really keeps it shape with a wire brim. (I wore Silver pantyhose & wished I could find inexpensive silver flats or slippers to complete the look.)

Q: I wear a size 2P usually, and need this to be a little big so I can alter it - will the standard be big for me?

I wear 6 - 10P and the standard worked just fine for me. So I would imagine it will be big for you. Depends how much you want to alter it. Hope it works for me. I got lots of compliments when I wore it. People especially liked the hat.

Q: What is the standar size mean

Standard (14 - 16) means that it will fit someone who wears that size in street wear; however, I wear a size 10 and this costume fit me. The way it is made allows it to fit a wide range of sizes of women. There is a belt that cinches it to fit. Unless you are larger than a size 16, you can make it fit. By the way, the hat is adorable - I added a large gray rose and it looks great.

Q: Im 180lbs and s8ze 14. Will this fit me?

I don't think it will. I'm 5'3' 140 lbs and wear a size 8 or 10 dress. It just fits me.
