When I opened the book, which was sealed, I noticed one of the corners was torn. As I began to flip through the book I noticed everything was upside down. In other words the slip cover was put on wrong. Then on the front page there are 2 signatures on it I don't recognize.

Amazon placed the book in an oversized box without packing. The corners of the book are dented, torn and the cover is creased. I processed a return, only to get the same thing.
