This is a nice little projector. I'm almost sure it's silent. The only drawback for me is that no matter how hard you try to focus you'll never get a really crisp image. I think the images are ok but they certainly could be better. But this has it's uses and the price is ok and there are 12 different scenes. I look forward to when they make a better one with sharper images.

This is cool and any kid would probably be happy to have this. The quality of the projection or slide could be a little better. Overall it’s a neat way to learn about the universe.

I was really impressed with this little projector at first. There are so many slide options and it's super bright. However, I was extremely disappointed that the spinning feature stopped working on day two. I first noticed that the slides seemed to want to stick in the drawer. I didn't think too much of it until I noticed that the image had stopped rotating. When I examined the drawer more closely I noticed that there was a sticky substance around the edge of the slide slot. I tried to wipe it off but that didn't help. It would seem as though there is some sort of sticker used in the lowest inner most ring of the slide tray. I say sticker because the sticky substance reminds me of what's left over when you remove a sticker. I don't know if maybe there was heat from the lamp that caused the adhesive material to bubble out or what but it's extremely disappointing. The projector still displays an image but if I use it I made sure to press the rotation control button twice so the motor doesn't burn out. I've been particularly nervous about electric components since having had to escape a burning apartment building with my 2yr old son in 2014. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

It's really just a simple projector with some cool slides. Don't expect anything more than that. Generally it works well in dark rooms with flat, white (or light-colored) walls. It's a good toy for kids though!

I have been a lover of astronomy, and I have always liked planetariums, they transport you into space for a few minutes, when my son was born I always wanted to show him how beautiful our universe is and I bought him the SEGA HOMESTAR series (Aurora & R2D2) and they seemed incredible to me because of the level of detail they had, but the price was quite high, of course because they are imported from Japan.I have bought this option with some skepticism, because of course thinking about the quality of the SEGA planetariums, but I have been really impressed by the quality of the disks of this planetarium. My son really loved it!!! the movement it has makes one think that one is really seeing the stars, really beautiful.For any lover of the stars or the universe, this option is brilliant, portable and durable, whether you put it with your cell phone charger or a battery bank, it works perfectly and is completely silent.

I love this projector, as it comes with 12 different film sheets to display various aspects of the night sky, including 12 display scenarios: galaxies, solar system, Earth, moon, Milky Way, Andromeda galaxy, NGC4302-NGC44298, Hubble Deep Field, M60-UCD1, North American Nebula, Mysterious Mountain, and Magellanic Cloud. These are very similar to what you might see in a planetarium, and I was impressed. This provides a relaxing light at night.

This is a unique little projector. It actually project (at least some) actual photographs. Nice brightness. You can change it from a still, to a slow (or slightly faster) rotation. It really is pretty cool, my only slight negative is that, while it indeed can be tilted to project at various angles, if it does project pretty much straight up, a part of the projection will be a little out of focus. Not a deal breaker, but something to note.

This is a nice projector. Comes with extra slides for more projection images. Easy to use. Makes for a nice night light as well.
