I have a 1yr old who loves to explore now he can just walk and once he realised he could flick the Smart Electric Oil Radiators on and off at the switch because they made a funny electronic startup noise, it became a game to him and he had to do it every time he walked along the hallway. I tried covering the switch with sellotape, duct tape, covering the whole thing with plastic and short of removing the switch facility for a new faceplate I found these covers. I wasnt fussed with the impact of supergluing them on and albeit a very close fit to a standard Hager switch rocker, they work perfectly and are still kiddy proof even after taking some significant tantrum fuelled blows and an effort of a double-handed grab and pull (picture a cartoon moment of two feet on the wall and arms fully stretched for the tug!) Maybe it wouldn't be quite as long lasting if stuck on with double-sided tape, but I wasn't prepared to let the little rascal realise if that would be possible. I'd buy more if I needed them

Love when a British small firm makes something and keeps one going for cottage industry but also great product. I like many people have guests who are from non-automated households who keep trying to turn my lights off thus ruing my control with Alexa! This politely reminds them that the switch is the old school option and that they should use their voice.Quicker than ever to deliver, really easy to install, literally seconds and fits perfectly and does exactly what it is meant to do without looking obtrusive or inelegant. It looks great. But I stuck it to the light switch and it instantly fell off. So doesn’t do the job

I was looking for something to cover a switch that can be accidentally switched off. Easy to install, just the job. Perfect.

Easy to fit but in warm/hot situations the double sided adhesive strips sometimes don’t grip well enough long term - so roughen surfaces you’re adhering to and the flat pads of the guard for better adhesion.
