Good information to ponder

This book is an explanation of the content of these lost gospels. Not a copy of the gospels. Very disappointed.

This book hardly contains any of the gospels/books it claims it does. Rather it contains the authors poorly asserted opinions and interpretations of the gospels/books, with of course no citations. Beyond this, I can find no credentials of the author. It does actually contain the Book of Enoch. The rest of the books/gospels it does not contain, and has only commentary, which as mentioned is poorly authored and asserted. Please save your money.7 of the books (Tobit, Judith, Wisdom, Baruch, Sirach, and 1/2 Maccabbees) can be accessed in any Catholic/Orthodox Bible. The Gnostic Gospels must however be obtained elsewhere are they are contained neither in the Bible of any denomination, nor in this book. Please save your money!

I am fond of religious readings, and for those who are passionate about the history of the Bible this reading is no doubt very interesting and fascinating, because in about 400 pages the reader can find all of the hidden books of the Ancient Testament. These books are so called because they belong to that category of books which for various reasons have been hidden and which in some cases have been found, opening up very different and interesting scenarios compared to the traditional versions.
