I was expecting the tea to turn blue but it never did but with a drop of honey it was soothing, calming and I got the sleep I needed. I only used one flower but I allowed it to steep while I drank it. I did have a slight headache and a little morning grogginess but overall it was perfect!

I was very happy to find a seller here through Amazon to get blue lotus quickly, the shipping was very fast!:-) I have only attempted to get Lotus through Amazon once before and it did not go well at all so I was a bit skeptical until it arrived then very pleasantly surprised! I would say the bag was about 85% whole flowers and the rest loose petals and stamens which was wonderful as I used them for different things. If I'm looking for Lotus and a pinch for a great price and good quality and quantity I will definitely be back!

It didn't smell like lotus flower and the color bled completely out after boiling it once. They're obviously artificially tinted. Very disappointed.

I didn't really like the taste of it. It was quite bitter. And it did not give me the euphoric feeling that it was supposed to because it's not blue lotus.

I don’t believe this is blue lotus. Did not help me sleep at all. The cheap celestial seasonings is way better . Disappointed

So happy with this purchase. The flowers are whole and not crushed, still retain their vibrant color, and taste delicious.
