Comfortable but holds face mask tight.
A great adjustable sleep apnea face mask holder. Durable, stretches just fine, attaches OK and is priced right.

Better than the Res Med one
Since my insurance only covers replacement of 1 per year, I was forced to buy one on my own. They can be expensive so I tried this one. Let me tell you, it's better than the expensive ones I've tried. The velcro holds very well and it's very soft and doesn't leave marks on my face after wearing for the night.

Velcro doesn’t stick
The Velcro doesn’t stick throughout the night which can makes the mask slip and gives bad airflow through the machine. I hate waking up to the red sad face in the morning. Besides the Velcro issue sometimes it works as needed.

Not a Small to Medium size, this is very Large.
Quality seems fine but the size is way off from how it's labeled.

Works but fits a little funny
I have a medium sized head and even when I've down sized it's fit a little funny. Still works great and I prefer over than other styles.
