My daughter is 14 years old and 5'5". What size would be best for her. She has upper and lower braces. And would be using these for lacrosse.

At age 14 and 5'5" tall you would want the adult size in this or any mouth guard as they most just come in size youth or adult and age 10/11 is the approximate age where the cutoff from youth to adult is usually made.
