Schellenberg 50748 Protection Window Insect Screen with Magnetic Frame, anthracite-100 x 120 cm, Anthracite

I am sorry but I felt very disappointed with this item. The instructions said to fit together and then fix to the window. However after making 3 attempts at doing this and due to the item being so flimsy and unable to remain in tact whilst taking to the window. I then decided to fix the item together whilst it was attached to the window and already in place. This time it worked and whilst in place ended up remaining in position without falling to bits and without coming undone. By the time I did succeed with this item I was completely worn out due to following the instructions. Once I ignored them and chose to do it my way. Everything went fine and it worked. So to save alot of frustration and constant disappointment. I would ignore the instructions which take forever to do. And work out a much easier and reliable way of erecting this.

The quality is good and it looks good and is effective. However, instructions were unclear and it is quite fiddly to slot the magnetic strip into the frame.

A great piece of kit. The magnetic strips really have some grip....and taking time it’s easy to get the sizing right. The 2 metal clips seem a waste of time. I haven’t used them. Get plenty of spare net too. A bargain at 20 quid.

Really pleased with this. Being black mesh it doesn't obscure your view out of the window. It has kept all insects out and is so easy to remove and put back up. It was relatively easy to cut to size and instal. I will probably get one for all the windows eventually.

The instructions are not that easy to follow and pushing the strip into the frame is tough and if you have to do it more than once (I did) it hurts your fingers. It is also difficult to keep square. All that said, most errors were operator error due to poor instruction but after I got the knack I think if I did another it would be a synch.It fits my inward opening tilt & turns perfectly (outside) so does not need removal to open the window.

Returned this item, came without instructions, wouldn’t recommend.

We purchased 3 of these for our flat. The first one took about 25-30 minutes to install but when the first one was done, it took 15 minutes to install the remaining 2. The magnetic makes it easy to open in order to open/close the window. Much better product than the cheaper ones using Velcro which left sticky marks on the frame (and did not stick after a couple of weeks). Can highly recommend this product.

Great piece of kit.Fairly easy to put together. Make sure you leave a few inches of fabric each side: as the whole thing flexes when you are putting the mesh holder on, you need to finish - put it in place (without adhesive bit) and check that it hasn't flexed inward too much. If it has then in the middle it won't be the width of the window :)If it has you just take off the mesh holder strip, adjust mesh and repeat until fine.Probably easier to do it on a table where it's easier to see a bow developing.Only once you're sure do you cut off the spare fabric.I JUST got away with it, and know this for next time.Only other comment is the mesh STINKS of chemicals. Not an issue for normal people, but if you're a Mast Cell disease peep or generally chemically sensitive you aren't going to like it! For myself, I reacted (swollen throat - mast cell disease is a pig of a thing!), so have ordered some muslin for doing the second one (and possibly this one - I'll see how I go with theesh over the next few days when not on top of it).So for normal peeps 5/5.For chemically sensitive: 3/5 as you are probably going to have to replace with a non-chemical mesh.

Le doy 5 estrellas porque me ha quedado genial.La verdad que es un poco complicado hacer que todo cuadre a la hora de cortar y montar, sobretodo porque si le metes un poco de tensión a la malla los largueros ceden por el centro dejando de ser un rectángulo, hay que dejarlo liso pero sin casi tensión.No le quito ninguna estrella porque lo más complicado es pegar los adhesivos exteriores en la ventana si no tienes acceso a ella, pero indica bien claro que no es para ese tipo de ventanas. A pesar de ello (vivo en un 3°) la he terminado colocando con un resultado sorprendentemente bueno. Si tienes la suerte de tener acceso, la instalación es muchísimo más fácil, porque pones los imanes en el marco, les quitas la cinta que cubre el adhesivo y lo pones sobre el marco de la ventana, aprietas y listo, como si fuera una sola pieza. Si no tienes acceso como en mi caso hay que ir pegando uno a uno los imanes adhesivos y comprobando si cuadra el marco de la mosquitera cada vez que pones uno.Los imanes parecen de buena calidad y son bastante potentes. Vivo en un ático en una ciudad con muchísimo viento. Si en algún momento sale volando actualizo la valoración. Si ves que no la actualizo puedes estar tranquilo :)Por ponerle un pero, la trama de la malla es la estándar, y he podido comprobar que con esta medida, ciertos mosquitos muy pequeños acaban colándose empujados por el viento a través de los agujeros. Evidentemente los de tamaño normal tipo tigre se quedan fuera.

si adatta perfettamente alle mia esigenze. dovevo installare una zanzariera in un luogo difficile da montare. questa scelta è stata la soluzione ai miei problemi. ho comprato quella da 100*120 per poterla tagliare e adattare meglio. unica pecca: non sono sicuro che la rete sia di fibra di vetro, sembra plastica. sta resistendo ai primi temporali. comunque se si dovesse rompere sarà facile sostituirla con una di qualità superiore a costi bassi. la struttura flessibile era quello che mi serviva. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. da solo ho impiegato 1/2 ora.

no es dificil de montar y se puede poner al interior con contraventanas hacia afuera

Mi è piaciuto il rapporto qualità prezzo , è funzionale ! Mancano pero' le istruzioni per il montaggio , e se una persona non è pratico di bricolage fa un po' più di fatica a montarla . Comunque soddisfatto !

Montar las mosquiteras es bastante fácil, mides, cortas pones la tela y colocas el iman. Lo más complicado del montaje puede ser tratar de mantener la tela estirada, pero quedan fantásticas. Es cierto que estas mosquiteras están pensadas para poner en ventanas correderas, o para ponerlo por fuera, en ventanas no correderas o abatibles. Este último es mi caso. Yo vivo en un cuarto y no puedo "salir" a colocar las mosquiteras, por eso lo he puesto por dentro. Para ello hice todo el montaje con los 4 listónes, pero el que va donde las bisagras de la ventana los corté por la zona de las bisagras con ese tamaño y me ha quedado estupendo. El problema es que no puedo cerrar la ventana con la mosquitera puesta, pero bueno, al ser magnética las pongo y las quito en un plis-plas.El precio me parece fantástico y la calidad de los materiales aún más. Lo recomiendo al 100%
