Let's be honest, even for the most loving cat owners there is one task that, well just stinks. This product helps to reduce this task to, if not a pleasure then certainly not chore. Works as described reduces those tell-tale smells and looks great sat in the corner.Our cat took five minutes to check it out (he's only a kitten and still scared of everything), hoped in, started digging and was done and out and looking very proud of himself in a couple of minutes. The process of dealing with the deed could then be followed on the app which kept us informed of what was happening.It certainly reduces emptying to once per day and you could stretch this to two. It also almost completely stops the litter tracking out of the box as the exit grid is very well designed.All in all very pleased with our purchase!

Really pleased with this product, setup was easy and the cat found it easy to use.Update worked for 1st few days, it is now useless, dosnt rake any solids into the bin, seems to just rake the top half inch. I have now taken it to the tip. What a waste of money. Bought a rotary one, which I had before, much better same price.

I ordered Els Pet litter robot seeing other people review it and it’s customer service but I had a different company in mind. Also had my reservations about my cat using this and also it being problem free. But I have been wronged. It has been about 20 days now that we got this and since my cat started using it and no issues at all. I first placed my cat’s usual litter box next to this. Then slowly started to mix the litter into the robot. A few days after my cat examined the litter and at a certain point felt comfortable using it.It took us about 1 and half hours to assemble this. Correction. 1 and half hours to figure out which part goes where. Because the manual is not explanatory enough and that is my biggest complain with it so far. App is good, cleanliness good, binning and handling of dirt good, sensing good. All in all a very good product. Few days ago, the electric door wouldn’t shut because and kept throwing notification that there is something stuck in the door. We couldn’t at all figure out what and tried to clean it manually as much as we could. But it kept going. And stopped to do that on its own. 🤷🏽‍♀️No problem since. I have only one cat and I find it extremely useful. Highly recommend.

We got this because at our previous home our cats litter tray was in the back yard, and now we were moving him to an apartment where the litter tray would be indoors. We needed a litter tray that we could put in the living space that hopefully would not smell. Also my Son would be taking care of the cat whilst we were away and he would likely not clear the tray daily!! This really does the trick, we have been in the apartment a week and a half now, and the cat love it, he is a big boy but there is plenty of space for him. First few days he was in it almost every hour (probably stress from the move from overseas) but the tray just kept up with him, cleaning and cleaning, no smell whatsoever!I dropped one star because there is a little litter spillage despite the step and the mat, but that may be our cat rather than the tray, there are also a couple of areas where the litter gets to that are harder to brush out. Also it is expensive, but I am happy that it does what it says on the box and my fur baby is happy.

******Update******I was contacted by the seller who was very helpful and assisted me with the all the problems I mentioned. As we tried everything to sort the problem out I was given a choice of a full refund or another Replacement I was very happy with how assisting they were to get to the problems I experienced. This is why I have now updated my review because their customer service is the best I've ever encountered and this alone deserves a higher review score hence why I have now changed it. If anyone encounters any problems rest assured this seller will be very helpful and will do everything possible to get to the bottom of it such as requesting you send them a video of the problem and if not sorted they offer you a brand new replacement or a full refund. For the after sales customer service I have received from them I believe it's only fair I update my review and their score. Thank you kindly.I purchased this based on all the positive reviews but I am very disappointed as already the rake has broken. The sponge pieces come out because my cat picks at them. The rake made a terrible loud cracking noise and I found it was broken, I have used the extra claw which was provided with the litter tray but this has now broken also. Now urine is not being collected and the litter smells. The red sponge's won't last long as they become worn easily and not a good design as cats pull at them. No way is this litter tray worth £500 the previous litter tray I had worked much better and was only £100 and never broke on me and was much better designed. I've only had this litter tray about 8 weeks now and it's more work to clean it out now the claw has broken the claw it's self is weak plastic this litter tray won't last years like my previous automatic litter tray.

I have 2 x 1 year old cats so i Bought this machine less than 10 days ago after much tough as its quite a pricey buy for litter box . I have had more issues with this than any other automatic litter box. Firstly on the second day the bottom sticky lining came off. Apparently its there to stop litter sticking to the bottom. within a couple of days the rake stopped working . It was stuck and wouldn't scoop the litter. So I changed it with the spare rake that is provided. The foam inserts are useless it's so easy for the cats to just take it out. Everyday there an issue with it scooping the litter. This machine is not worth the money at all. I've been in contact with customer service at els pet and I find I keeping asked the same 2 questions .. 1 proof of purchase and 2 a video of the machine not working. Even when I send them through they ask for it again. Would never buy this again. Total waste of money!!
