Sorry the photo is not the best- no flash.Anyhew, the shoe is great! At first glance they look a little weird almost cartoony. But slip them on and they are the most comfortable flip flop! Not sure if everyone’s comments of this flip flop being “too large” is based off the look of them? BUT! Once I slipped mine on, the fit was perfect. The only thing I noticed about these flip flops compared to other Vionic flip flops I have purchased (in fact my old pair is photo bombing my photo), is the piece that fits between your toes on these new ones maybe feels or rubs differently? It’s too soon to tell if it’s just a fabric/material feel or if it’s actually rubbing when I walk making me more aware. But that piece on my old ones is a fabric cotton like ribbon. The new pair has the artificial fabric the top of the flip flops are made of 🤷🏻‍♀️. If it turns out it is rubbing, I will update my comment.These work GREAT size wise for size wide feet. My feet have gotten wider over the years. And these new guys fit my wide feet perfectly. I can tell my alignment is better compared to my old guys which I was made fully aware were worn out (no more support and achy feet from missing arch support that collapsed from so much use). My onlyWish now is these get made with a dressier material to be able to wear as sandals with a sun dress.Not so good part of these shoes—— they got delayed in transit by AMAZON! It was Not the vendor. The Vendor was timely with sending off the shoes. However, I was informed shipment was delayed. Tracking showed they made it to Kentucky sorting and then went silent. Suddenly by miracle I received notice to anticipate delivery today. They did arrive today in a new box within a box. So the new box was an Amazon show box that says when I opened it, the contents of the box were repackaged because the original box was damaged in shipping. So Amazon re-boxed my shoes and then placed the box in another box and continued the shipment. I appreciate the care taken to ensure my delivery did not look mangled while inAmazon’s care. However, it would be nice if Amazon provided me those details when they informed me my package would be delayed and then went radio silent.

Paid 60.00 for junk!!!!!I bought these shoes because I have a bad back and thought they would help. Surgery Nov 14.th. I started wearing them a few times in August. I felt they were very clumsy fitting. I use them when I had to walk a distance with no stairs. Afraid to wear them on stairs. Well now they are just literally falling apart. Vionics customer service was horrible. They mdee it very clear they are only willing to exchange in a 30 day period. If you buy on Amazon they will not accept the return that Amazon is responsible for any returns on a defective product. No luck there either. alot of money to spend on a pair of sandals that are falling apart.

Honest review - I paid full price!I have been wearing Vionic shoes since they were Orthoheels. The adjustable Ryders are my go to sandals. I wear them year round as long as there is no snow or ice.These Recovery sandals are super comfortable and are my new Go To sandals! I have worn them two months now... The thick platform soles give plenty of squishable comfort - I can walk a long time without foot or body fatigue! And and there are multiple colors to choose from! Best of all, they don't have the circular raised bumps like the Ryder - that always gives me blisters on the underside of my toes when I walk too far in new shoes! Am ordering two more pairs of these Recovery sandals!Note... these fit my feet very well, but someone with narrow feet could have an issue. Too bad they aren't adjustable like the Ryder.

I have loved the Tide flip flop for years and years and they’re still good but I could use a little more cushion…so when I saw these I had to try them.I normally wear an 11 in Tide so ordered the same here and they fit fine but my heel is RIGHT at the back edge of the shoe. I could probably bump up to the 12 but I can live with these.No they aren’t as simply attractive as the Tide but they’re comfy so I don’t care.That said, the strap runs a little big (like for a fatter foot) so it took some getting used to walking in it without tripping.Also, about 8 months in, the straps started coming apart (see photos). And this is with probably less than regular wear. Disappointing.UPDATE 6/22/23 - I decided to order another pair because how comfortable they are won out over the other issues. So I ordered the same exact size (10). And guess what? They fit like an actual 10! I normally wear an 11 and went down a size per the reviews that claimed they were too big. And how my first pair fit. But the second pair fit exactly - plus the strap wasn't too big so they weren't floppy. I ordered my true Vionic size (11) and they fit just like the previous size 10 did - MINUS them being floppy! So I have no idea what's going on with these - if there is just that much difference in them pair to pair or if something else weird is happening. I didn't think to check the size of the first pair on the actual shoe (they have since been tossed) but maybe they were just mismarked somehow? The pair I have now says size 11 (sizing info is under the strap).

These are fine for support, and the material is good for walking in wet weather. I hoped they were going to be softer, like Oofos, but they are much more firm.

I have several pairs of vionics flip flops that fit perfectly in a Women's size 9, and was looking to add to my collection. I ordered my usual size, and has been noted by other reviewers, these are HUGE! The length is ok, but the width, and the volume, and even the shape of these flip flops is obviously not for most women's feet. The strap is so high off of the top of my foot I couldn't walk in them, and the. toe post rubs in part because there is so much excess movement involved in trying to keep them on my feet when trying to walk. I am disappointed because the color is really cute, and I liked the idea of adding a bit of extra height with the platform. But these are impossible and going straight back--I didn't even try on both sandals!
