REDMOND Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink

There are so many electrolytes out there but this one was recommended as a second place alternative from chat GTP and it was right!!! I wanted something other then the one I was using which was very nice but breaking my fast by giving me 50cals each time THIS one however doesn't give you any calories AND suppresses hunger making it the perfect choice with 60servings. I can have multiple servings a day and still maintain my fast long as I want. How I take it is I put one scoop in my keep cold water bottle with some ice and I add some SUGAR FREE strawberry or cherries and berry's flavour juice for extra flavouring, add water and away we go. The hydration is a: 10 Price could be better: 7 Taste is good aslong as you have some sugar free juice to go with it :7 It's an absolute YES from me!

Since starting bodybuilding training, the Redmond Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder has been a great addition to my routine. To all the people saying it's too expensive and an overpriced salt...what do you think electrolytes are? They include sodium/mineral salt. This is superior because it uses a high quality salt with a good mineral profile with less toxins in it as oposed to pink himilayan salt which has some lead in it. It has 60 servings for $60. So $1.00 per serving. Compared to other electrolytes, that is a great deal. Some other electrolytes only have 30 servings. Also, the two flavors I have tried are 10/10 flavor wise. Strawberry lemonade and watermelon. Both some of the best electrolytes I have ever tried. Not to mention the effectiveness is unmatched. If you train hard at the gym, take these electrolytes. You will notice a big difference when you take them as opposed to not. The other option is to buy yourself a bag of Redmond real salt and potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride powder and mix them yourself with some kind of 0 calorie juice powder and coconut powder. That's too much work for me and I doubt it will be much cheaper this way. Also - you likely won't be able to replicate the flavors this company has produced. They are epic. You can't put a price on this kind of product. They have done all the work for you and have created something great. I stand by this product and will continue buying it. If you don't work out/excersize and sweat alot, I don't think its necessary to take electrolytes regularely in general. But if you do work out, rest assured, your $1.00 serving of electrolytes per day or $30 a month investment will give you a priceless return on your investment. Health, hydration, and performance with some of the best flavors around. The ONLY thing I would recommend is increasing the potassium content but you can do this yourself by adding "nu-salt" or sodium free salt that replaces the sodium with potassium.
