Love the diamond grip tips!
I know most reviewing this set of drivers is not so happy about the flat drivers, but having that many sizes now with the diamond coating is NICE! Flat heads are always slipping out. These don't. At least not near as easily. LOVE THEM!Yes, it would have been nice to have a couple more of the Torx or Phillips, but for a person who does use flat blades, this set it well worth the price.I've always been a fan of the tri-sided handle these have, and if these would have been through handle shanks, these would have been a home run.

I always try to buy Crescent brand tools. I've never been disappointed. Just very good quality. Affordable.

A name for years and nice quality tools
I have a set made in USA when crescent tools (even their wrenches) were made in USA. They were solid tools (pliers and all). I like the new comfort grip handles and shafts as well as the diamond tips. They will come in handy for what they are and money spent. I prefer power tools but in the tight and confide space that is were they will shine. Unless you have a long skinny bit in your power tool that can reach okay, but if not these screwdrivers will come in to play. I like diamond tips for less cam out and stripping of screws. They grip really good for that. Even if you have power tools they might be over kill for delicate tightening of fasteners. Then again these screwdrivers will come in to play in that case. I will get this set of screwdrivers cause they seem to be of good quality for what they are and money spent.

A good collection of screwdrivers.
For the cost, I think this is a good collection of screwdrivers to have on hand for occasional use. How long they would last in more extensive use is less clear (most are using power-drivers anyway), but a set on manual screwdrivers has its place when the power driver cannot fit. So these have a variety of slot tops and sizes, so you would be set for most jobs. Not sure why the US market has yet to embrace the Robertson head, but there is an argument for another day. I find the handles to be grippy and comfortable, and the set I received was not in the least bit oily or slippery. So there may be some variation there. Packaging is the awful blister plastic. Be CAREFUL when you try to extricate the drivers from their encasement packaging!

It's Always Nice to Work With Good Tools Like These...
I have a wide assortment of old screwdrivers around from previous long ago kits that have some good features but mostly not. Tools have improved over time and a good screwdriver everyone loves when needed. Especially for that one or two very hard to remove screws that won’t seem to let go and either strip the head or the tip of the screwdriver. This set, all has nice handles which give you a good grip, or power grip without hurting your hands as some older styles do. And you can transfer that torque to the diamond tip that then has some matching bite to the screw head and won't slip out easily. I like all that. So, I'm putting this set in one work place not to get mixed up with any of my older screwdrivers to help avoid frustration and get the job done with a good attitude afterwards. The only thing I wish they did to improve all this would be to ditch that darn blister package which most everyone down right hates, and put them in a clear plastic storage case for easy open and use. Plus it would then be something they could use to ship with and then retail display them in (for store display customers) so they didn't have to go that darn blister pack route. I hope they read this... people hate blister packs. And it would be so nice to have a workbench top holder for these just like I have for my carving knife set on the kitchen counter.

Great screwdriver set
This set of screwdrivers has a nice assortment of different sizes and the handles are comfortable and give you lots of torque. The most brilliant part of them is the diamond tips. They grip like no other screwdriver I have used. They are solidly made and I expect them to last a long time.
