I opened the second day today which was sealed like the other two and the morning bar and both fish oil tabs were missing .. the first box was complete , not sure about the third yet . Please replace the products . I haven’t had this problem before and otherwise satisfied with prolon in general.

This is a good product. The first time I used it, I was very hungry. Not going to lie. I had been eating junk and my body was geared for sugar and other not so healthy food. Prolon really did reset my palette and energy level though. The next day I felt really good and didn't crave garbage.The way I use these is I eat them 2x a week - usually on Tuesday and Thursday, because these are not busy high stress days. That way, I get 2 low calorie days per week (for both a calorie deficit and to keep my body guessing), and it keeps my palette accustomed to healthy food.A couple things I do that help are: I drink black unsweetened coffee 2x per day. I also use Ultima electrolytes, because my body can get achy otherwise. Black coffee is okay, but not necessarily advised. I spread them out. 1 cup in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Sometimes instead of the tea that comes with, I do Starbucks passion iced tea unsweetened, since any herbal tea is allowed.On my days I am not doing this, I just try to eat a reduced carb diet. Not keto or anything like that. I avoid processed sugars, but sometimes allow myself a treat if our family is doing something fun.The cost is high. There are blogs where people try replicating this method. I haven't tried it yet, but it is interesting. I think it is possible, based on what I read. If you order through the Prolon website, sometimes there are great coupon deals - sometimes 20 - 30%. That makes it less cost prohibitive. However, the price here is the same as if you subscribed on the Prolon website. Hope this is helpful for anyone reading. Just know if the 1st day is rough, it doesn't mean all the other days will be.

Good product. Good results. Too much packaging. Breakfast bar is way too sweet with an aftertaste. Soups are O.K. The rest is good. Pricy and probably could save the consumer money if they worked on the packaging. It does help with resetting bad nutritional habits.

Not at all what I expected 3 boxes with powdered soup mix and crackers

I did the 3 day fasting kit- was not worth the money. The soup tasted bad. I did not see any change in over health like it claims.

The breakfast bars are not goodThe soups are bland and taste oldThe olives are the only good thing in this kitI wish I could get my money back!

This is awful! The only thing that actually tastes okay is the tea but how do you mess up tea! Never again!!!

This product is old, expired and not fit for consumption and there is no return policy do not order

Love this shirt, I do wish the slogan was on the back of the shirt though but the material is good quality and it is very comfortable, so far it hasn't shrunk or washed off which is a big plus.
