About a month ago I ordered and received a 5 pack of water tubes from Yankee Pool Covers. One of the tubes had a small tear in the corner. I contacted customer service and received a very quick response and they sent me replacement tubes a few days later.All of the tubes have been placed around my pool and functioning very effectively. The material is much stronger than tubes I’ve purchased before from other manufacturers.I’m a very satisfied customer and very appreciative for the prompt and very effective resolution to my issue

Quality is much better than the ones I got last year and cheaper the screw caps are easier to deal with than the pop ins looks like a good quality we shall see after this winter.

These water bags are sturdier than the bags we've purchased in the past from our local pool store. They also have really nice screw-on caps which makes filling the bags so much easier than struggling with the rubber stoppers that our previous bags had.When we were closing our pool, we discovered that two of the bags had small leaks at the seams - probably because they are so thick, the seams may be trickier to seal completely. We could not return them through Amazon because the return window had closed by the time we got around to closing the pool. (We purchased the bags in August.)We contacted the seller and they were wonderful! They were very prompt and professional and quickly sent replacement bags.Knowing that this company stands behind its products makes all the difference to us. From the looks of them, these bags should last for several years, but when we do need to buy new ones, we will purchase them from this company.

Two of the four corner weights split open at the seam after one season use. All our weights and tubes were stored together, all others were intact. They should last longer than one season. Contacted customer service, Amazon sent me to seller, seller sent me to Amazon, one big loop. I realize our of the return window, but it's a seasonal product. Will not purchase again from this company.

Product looks durable and large screwcaps are super. Only complaint is that one of 15 bags purchased had a split and leaked.

This is my second year buying and using these water bags. They aren’t cheap but they are much better quality than everything else out there and they have excellent customer service if you have any issues. I would highly recommend!

We purchased 15 of the tubes. The material is thicker than previous tubes we have used. The screw top caps are a big improvement over the snap in kind. After the first winter they held up really well. We did have one tube over the winter with a pin hole leak. However, since each has 2 tubes it held the cover down without issue. Upon notifying their support they immediately replaced it under the 2 year warranty. Do not fill them completely if you live in an area that freezes to allow for expansion as per the instructions. When we uncovered the pool very little debris was in the water testifying that the tubes helped seal the edges of the cover. It does take a little more effort to clean and dry prior to storing the tubes but it is worth the end result.Update: Yankee Pool Covers continues to be a reliable company and demonstrated customer service. We purchased the corner tubes this year which have a nice feature to remove excess air. When using a new water tube we discovered a seam had a defect. Yankee Pool quickly responded and said they will replace it.

They work good when filled with water. But easy to puncture. Could be a bit more durable.

Had an in initial leak with one tube. Yankee dealt with my issue swiftly and went over and above with their concern and support. The product I still consider top quality.

Quality of material and the innovative screw-on caps.

THis product was advertised as Extra durable. the seems of each bag tore as we filled them with water. It's a shame as the product is made of a solid materiel. The issue is the seems that are not well sealed. They tear easely.

There are now 2 tubes that leak on one side. I ordered 2 sets of 5 tubes (10 total). One tube leaks on the one side.The opening and closing threaded cap works well.The material has a good feel and weight.But the seams do not have integrity.
