I received this yesterday and got to test it out almost immediately. I didn’t have a migraine but I did have a nagging intense headache since I woke up that morning. I was able to put it in the freezer right away for a very short time just until it was cold enough to use. I have to say, it worked incredibly well. I do try to avoid taking aspirins or ibuprofen whenever possible. This is a perfect and non-toxic and pleasant alternative.It is made very well. The fabric a very smooth and silky and extremely comfortable against your skin. It won’t pull your hair. The whole headpiece has some weight to it. You can use it multiple ways. You can cover your eyes completely if needed or just surround your sinus area which is great for allergy related headaches. Or you can cover your entire head by pulling an extra piece of fabric over the top of your head. If you suffer from migraines or just normal headaches, I highly recommend this. It’s a lifesaver!!

At first, it looks a little awkward. You just have to maneuver it around until you can get a good snug fit. I can't get it to fit as well as that model in the listing. Close enough.So, the takeaway on this guy is that you can put it in the freezer, or fridge, and then apply it to you head. It's very nice if you need a dry cold way of wrapping your head. Maybe you're dealing with some allergies: if you are, this feels nice for the sinuses in the head. Maybe you were just working outside, and you feel hot in the head? This is nice and cooling.The fabric is very soft against the skin. It doesn't seem to snag on skin or hair, so no worries there either.I'm sure this could be warmed up in the microwave, but I haven't pursued any means of making this thing warmer. I do suspect this head wrap would be compatible with placement in a towel warmer for sure, if you had one.It is comfortable and soothing when ice cold. The cold lasts about 10 minutes. Takes maybe 30 minutes to get cold again in the freezer. A tertiary benefit is, if you place this head wrap into the freezer, you'll know when it's time to clean your freezer out by the smells that catch to the fabric.It's like wrapping your head in a winter time snow cloud.

When I first saw this I thought it was silly, but I heard it was great for hangovers. I haven’t needed it for that yet but it’s nice for any kind of head pain.The material is super nice. Textures can really bother me but I have no issue having on my head. Feels really nice.It isn’t insanely cold like an ice pack. Any colder and you couldn’t leave it on, but they’ve really got the temperature down. Even ice cold it stays flexible and holds the cold really well. It stays colder probably longer than you’d want it on your head.If you get frequent headaches or migraines I would highly recommend this.

This product fits very comfortably on my head and it also fits my kids, who surprisingly enjoy wearing it. I suffer from migraines and although it obviously doesn’t cure them, it does give some relief. I keep it in the freezer and it stays cool long enough. I’m not sure how long it stays cold because I normally take it off before it warms up. It’s also relaxing, so I wear it sometimes after long days. The material seems to be durable.

Runs small and the nose was very uncomfortable for me, if you have bulging eyes this will hurt your eyes.The gel did feel good and there was no smell!Also the eye cover should work on normal eyes, just not mine

The fabric is soft and feels smooth. Wish it would last longer after taking it out the freezer. It also help bring my son’s fever down.

I didn’t realize I needed this. I didn’t expect much from this thing. I thought it might help with some of the headaches I was having here lately. I threw it in my freezer (in the bag it came in) and forgot about it. I came home with a horrible headache one Friday after work. It’s extremely hot here in Louisiana right now and even my face hurt. I grabbed this out of my freezer, put it on and laid down for a bit. It’s comfortably snug, but not too tight. The head wrap weighs almost two pounds, but it’s not heavy when wearing it. The coolness surrounds your whole head and you can flip the eye cover up if you don’t want your eyes covered. I think this would likely even work for those that get puffy eyes from allergies. The instructions say you can place it in the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up, but I haven’t tried that yet. Overall, this is a nice quality product!

I was excited to try this compression ice mask and it delivered on all the promises. It definitely helps to promote wellness and relief for what it is intended to be used for. I like that you can either cover your eyes or leave them open depending on what you need at the time. The mask offers just the right amount of compression that is pleasing and beneficial. It stays cool for a while and if you need to use it for more than one cycle, it gets cold rapidly when put back into the freezer. I definitely recommend this mask.

I had to throw this out. it was way too tight and caused ongoing scalp pain.
