Don't Waste Your Money.
I bought this for my mom for Christmas. At first it worked. A few pieces of filament here and there that went a little astray... Then suddenly it would have overheating issues when we hadn't even touched it. The filament would come out stringy and wouldn't stick to filament that was already laid. Auto level would never level correctly. We bought a filament dryer thinking it would solve some issues, it did not. Spent $648 on this and it was a complete and total waste of money. Not worth it. Not to mention the customer service doesn't help you with ANYTHING. Emailed for suggestions on what to do to fix it and nothing fixed it. Don't waste your money. Get something else.

Excellent Printer
Very high quality printer. No bands or layer lines. Possibly the perfect printer right out of the box.

Terrible
This is my 8th 3D printer. I'm very familiar with them and the process involved to get a quality 3D print. I've owned this printer less than a month and have tried every slicer, setup, update, etc and could not get this printer to perform a quality print. The interface is plagued with bugs not allowing the extruder to heat properly, auto bed leveling is a joke as it never levels properly. The company is all based entirely in china and offers absolutely no support for anything. After days of trying to contact them and no reply I am luckily able to return through Amazon. Avoid this brand and save your money to grab a Bambu Lab Printer.

A Good General Purpose Printer
This printer has handled every print job I have sent to it including a 13+ hour job. I do not use it for production, just every now and then when I need something printed such as a knob or a holder or a case etc, whether it is something I downloaded from Thingiverse or drew myself using 3D CAD software. I would not recommend this printer for production work. If you need a printer for that then you want something like a MakerBot, which will cost three times what this printer costs. But for light duty this is a great printer.Note: I had a problem where an error message was indicating the print head temp was out of tolerance even though the machine was just turned on (temp showed 300deg). Turned out to be a lose ribbon cable connection to the print head. Watch out for that.

Horrible product
My children bought me this for Christmas. It worked once. I have tried every tip and trick I could find. I have tried different filaments and bought replacement nozzles. Nothing works. Every print ends up looking like spaghetti or webbing. I reached out to support they responded with a couple generic questions and then never responded again when I sent the answers Do not waste your money.
