Returning customer. Love the seasoning on veg, fish and meats. Adds a lovely warmth and flavour. No nasty chilli heat ! Cannot live without it now!!!

Good in small amounts in lamb dishes.Works well with apricots and raisins.So great for morrocan tagines.

Ok but nothing like the spice bought in the country ... well obviously.

To the untrained eye, it looks like a bag of drugs as I found to my amusement when a kitchen fitter popped in to give us a quote. Admittedly we'd forgotten he was coming, I'd just got out of bed and the place was a tip - you'd forgive him for thinking we were a family of pot-heads. Lol I gave all that stuff up long before I was married of course (but I still miss it - if only it was a bag of drugs - I'd be gone for weeks, literally)

This zaatar was nothing like it should be. My opinion is that it was either the 'bloom' from the machinery it travelled through or it was the sweepings from the floor (mainly dust and a few grains) and was not fit for the purpose. Warning do not buy. Personally, I will not be using it. It will be too much bother and would not be cost effective to return it. I have not even opened the clear plastic bag it came in. Also the picture on the page to purchase does not bear any resemblance to what I received.

So fresh ...delicious
