Setting it up was a breeze, it took longer to level the ground. Very nice appearance and everything was included. I would recommend this pool to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything was easy and works great. We did have one tiny little hole that drips on the side but nothing a patch can’t fix. Good item for the price we got it at.

(The canopies were purchase at Academy.) At first I was very apprehensive about getting a pool because lately, alot of them have had everything from leaks, to rips in the seams. Horrible defects from them sitting in boxes for so long. But this pool really surprised me. First of all was the Amazon promotion price, which for a pool this size was a great deal! Secondly it came in rather quick. Box was a little damaged, but the pool itself was still packed and in great shape. It's the perfect size for my yard. Easy to clean and keep up. And for a 14ft pool, the 4ft depth is awesome too! You don't find many pools like this size cheap, or made this good. It has passed the first months test of no leaks...which is another plus! The 1000 gl skimmer pump worked fine. But personally, I'd prefer a pump with alot more suction. So I purchased a 1500 gal pump from Amazon at nearly 100. But still, with that, combined with the pool itself still was 200 below what you would normally pay for a pool this size somewhere else!A really good deal. And I would still highly recommend this pool!

I’ve had this pool up for a little over a month. It’s on a flat surface with nothing sharp underneath it. Upon opening the boxes, we immediately noticed how thin the bottom was. It’s not near as thick as every other pool I have purchased. So within a month, I woke up one morning to find my backyard randomly flooding. We patched it, and a week later, the spot had expanded & my yard has flooded again.

This pool looks great for what it is but mine leaked as soon as I set it up. I have a few layers of barrier & cushion below it but from the first time I filled it, there’s been a pool of water around the edges. I’m super bummed!

We’ve had above ground pools from Intex since they first came out. Always very happy with them, but lately the price has been creeping up significantly. I love how this pool looked with the rattan design and the color coordinated poles vs bright white. My husband remarked it was the sturdiest ladder he’s put together. I like that the skimmer and doesn’t sit on the ground. We like that there’s a skimmer at all. By far, my favorite feature is the height of the pool. It’s a 48 inch like we’ve had before, the sides are actually higher. At 5‘4“ I can walk up to the side and set my elbows on it and read. it’s just a great height for leaning on, all in all a really nice looking pool and the first one I didn’t have to wrap with bamboo to hide its ugliness. It blends right in and looks fantastic. Well, as fantastic as an above ground pool will ever look.

Comes with more accessories than I realized! The ladder sucks and bent immediately. But I was okay with that considering it came with a tarp, cover, pump, and vacuum. The pump isn’t the best, but that’s expected with these pools.
