Package came busted and you cannot return food items. I do not recommend

This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this, but utilizing it in my cooking was a bit challenging. Clearly this is something to store safely for longer periods of time than regular eggs, and also doesn't take a lot of space in your cabinets. Plus, it doesn't generate a lot of waste. So for convenience and sustainability, this is a great choice. Swapping this in recipes was tricky, though. First I used this in some pancakes and they appeared really flat. When I went on the suggestion that I beat the egg powder a bit to make it more fluffy, that's when it worked just as good as regular eggs. Same with scrambling them in the pan, when I beat them a little to a fluffier texture they cooked like normal eggs. Just something to suggest, but otherwise these worked out great!

I have wanted to get a freeze drier for years, but with the price it just hasn't worked out. Eggs are one of the main things that I would want to dry with the hoards of chickens/eggs that I have. This is a second best option to have these in storage. These eggs cook up just like your normal scrambled eggs and work really well also in baking. You really can't tell difference from normal eggs to these. One thing to remember with these is that you cant just throw the egg powder in to what you are baking and expect it to be fluffy. It needs whipped to get the normal lift that you would get from a fresh egg.
