We were able to view the eclipse without fear. The first total eclipse I have ever seen and the glasses made it an awesome experience!

EDIT: I reached out to customer service. They contacted me back pretty quickly. We had some dialogue back and forth. They were aware of scratch lenses in the past and thought they had culled all of them. I sent them a few pictures as verification. Today they are sending me out a replacement for all of them without having to return the others. Had the transaction been flawless I would have give them five stars. Yes, I would do business with them again!I don't want to have to return these. It's 30 miles from the nearest dropbox.I ordered the four pairs of blacks with two pairs of reds. Lenses have a bunch of small scratches on them on the inside, and the cover with a film oil on the outside. I'll do my best to clean them up. These weren't exactly cheap. I expected better. The lenses at best are thin flexible plastic. They will twist out in your hand if you're not careful. I'm not pleased with this at all. I'll think about it maybe they will go back I don't know. I gave it two stars cuz the frames are decent.

They were sturdy and worked for the purpose. We used these solar eclipse glasses for the Annular (Ring of Fire) Eclipse last October 14, 2023 in Corpus Christi Texas. It sure protected our eyes. We will be wearing them again for the April 8, 2024 Totality Eclipse.

Look good and arrived in good time but the proof will be when the eclipse occurs next year. Better buy early!

These have got to be the darkest sunglasses I have ever worn. I tried to put them on while I was driving and I drove right off the highway and hit a tree! You can't see anything through these things unless you stare directly at the sun. So that's mostly what I use them for now.

Sturdy plastic.

Well I had high hopes for these glasses. I picked these up months before the solar eclipse to make sure I was ready to stare at the sun for hours. But in all my preparations I managed to place them in a spot where they can not be found. Of course I waited till the morning of the eclipse to try and find them and had no luck. I feel bad about writing this review but I did manage it get a photo of the glasses when I got them. I did try them on and had my son shine the brightest flashlight we have in my eyes and no light pasted through. They had plastic frames and a cool looking style to them. I was excited to have something different than the cardboard glasses. But I did not get to use them for the real deal eclipse. I hope they resurface someday so I can use them for the next eclipse in 2044.
