ZERO stars! Why can't I choose zero stars?I bought this pack as it stated it was compatible with an OKI C301dn - but clearly it's not!The cartridge seemed to fit okay and I slid back the cover to lock it in place, then proceeded to print a document... complete disaster!The cartridge simply sprayed toner all over the inside of my printer causing an instant paper jam. I then had to spend the best part of an afternoon trying to clean it up as best I could then (stupidly) I thought maybe I hadn't seated it properly, so I'd have another go... big mistake!Same thing happened again. I've come to the conclusion that the seal between the cartridge and the unit it fixes to is simply not up to the job. The cartridge obviously fits okay, as I can slide back the cover when it's in place, but clearly this is a cheap inadequate product that is not fit for purpose.Beware! Yes it's cheap but as one part of your brain is already telling you... there's a reason for that!!!I've returned mine now, which means more wasted time out of the office, not to mention the hours of cleaning the same thing over again!

Arrived within 24 hours by Amazon prime. Well packaged and well presented. Matched seller's description. No issues putting these compatibles into my OKI C321dn - slotted in like a dream. Colours a little weak printing at first but after printing half a reem, it soon settled and colour is now at its peak!!Great friendly service and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

I have used three sets of this toner and they all worked very well. The number of sheets that I was able to print was much less than expected however the quantity promised is based on 5% coverage and I was printing colour pictures at 30-40% coverage so it is ok.

They run out insanely quickly. I have just weighed a completely exhausted cartridge and a brand new one and it appears they contain 16 grams of toner. This is 74p per gram at single cart prices, dropping to 51p per gram if a value 4 pack is bought. I have just bought a bottle of toner instead of a whole new cart from another company online and they charge £23 for 50g (46p per gram) but then you do have to change the microchip and get your hands messy.

I haven't had time to fully put these through their paces, but can confirm that they work and seem to work very well. Delivery was brilliant and speedy. On this basis, I would definetely recommend them.

I would love to say I am using these cartridges on my OKI C332 Printer and they work perfectly BUT I tried the solution you suggested on your last email and it didn't work. I am open to suggestions where to go from here — do I buy genuine Oki toner cartridges that I know will work or does any of the compatible cartridges work. Many thanks for your help in the past and I will purchase again from this company.

Only time will tell if it performs as well or better than an original cartridge but seems to work fine on installation

Purchased this toner cartridge, arrived quickly unfortunately it was defective. I contacted the vendor got an instant response & they sent out a replacement cartridge which arrived within two days. I'd give them five stars just on customer service, but the cartridge is worth five stars in its own right. It's working flawlessly in my OKI C322 printer, unlike some compatible products. Will definitely be making repeat purchases.
