This oil smells just like J&J baby shampoo or maybe bubble bath. I have purchased sandalwood EO a few times so I think I know what it smells like at least approximately. This is not it. The customer service bot initially told me it’s non-returnable, but then asked if I was satisfied. I was not and told it so. It then asked if a refund would satisfy me. I said hell yes. The return was confirmed (wish I had a screen shot). I checked on it and found no record of a return, so the BOT lied to me and now the return window is closed. ☹️

Scents from grown trees in Hawaii & other countries. Has religious background,research like fig tree & palm, etc. Back in the back day elders,seniors (female/male) used this. My grandmother loved this scent, I do miss them. Memories. 🙏❤️

IHG gives off bathroom hand soap/ spa vibes, Definitely not high end hotel I was sad it’s definitely maybe bamboo or some type of relaxing spa smell. not what I was aiming for . Can anyone tell me if Hilton is more high end I’m looking for a luxury vibe

Nice set of essential oils for diffuser. At first I had trouble adding drops to the diffuser. After warming the bottle for several minutes in your hand, the drops come out fine. A nice variety of scents and since you only add about 8 drops to the water, this set should last a while

I love the W Hotels, but the scent is not similar to the hotel's signature scent, so I am returning it. It does smell good, however I am looking for a proper W Hotel fragrance dupe.
