Q: What’s the temperature rating on this jacket?

This jacket with some layering ( a thermal or a thin sweater ) kept me warm in Northern Minnesota last winter with the temperature dropping to 20 below zero. I had to switch to a parka later for more coverage.

Q: Is there a drawstring at the bottom of the jacket to keep it from sticking out at the bottom?

There is not a drawstring ay the bottom.

Q: Can’t choose the size?

If you're torn or kinda fall between two sizes like it do, I'd go up to the larger size since it's a semi-fitted jacket.
