Amazing
Like some other clinicians, I’ve struggled for years with writing clinical notes. Doesn’t feel like some graduate programs put enough emphasis and instruction on documentation. This book was so helpful. After all these years I feel more confident writing and also it doesn’t take as long. Thank you.

Exactly what you NEED!
I am so happy that I made this purchase! When I ordered Noted!, I hoped to get some basic requirements for well-written progress notes; I wanted a guide. What I received was so much more! During graduate school, my internships, and working in community mental health, there was little to no training and time spent discussing writing a progress note. For me, the experience was all trial and error (I would fix whatever the company auditor asked me to change and I would learn from there); I know I am not the only one who has had this experience. Reading Noted! gave me new tools, outlines, and terminology that I have only received bits and pieces of during my career. It is really helpful to have it all in one place.Amanda Fludd makes it very easy to understand the hows and whys of certain things that need to be documented to avoid potential clawbacks. Her time-saving strategies were helpful as someone who has ADHD (and who hates writing progress notes); I like to spend as little time on them as possible. With Noted! I feel like I can do just that while still being in compliance :)

A Game-Changer for Note Writing: Clear, Practical, and Perfect for Practice!
From the moment I opened the planner, I was impressed by its organization and attention to detail. The layout is clear and user-friendly, allowing me to navigate through different sections effortlessly. The inclusion of ample space for practice is a brilliant idea, as it offers the opportunity to refine my note-writing skills and experiment with different approaches. The templates in the back leave room for that to.One of the standout features of this book is the abundance of great examples provided. The examples are good references and it helps my creativity with my own note writing. I use it often and I can see it being helpful in a variety of settings.Really well done.

Game Changer!
I am a new therapist and I used this guide to help me with my notes. After a week I asked for feedback about my notes from my supervisor and she stated that my notes were excellent and could see a noticeable change in my documentation style! I must have!
