Purchased these and when they arrived tried them on. Fit perfect for now, however by the time I use them on a trip to Aruba soon. I might drop a few pounds and maybe an inch even then, the fit will likely be fine. The appear to be well made and look as good as they do in the photo. Ensure you understand that the photo shows a belt HOWEVER if you read the description you will see they do NOT come with the belt. They are lightweight and will obviously dry very quick while you are outside. I would recommend these for casual kicking around.

Buying shorts for my husband is a nightmare. He has cargo shorts that he's been wearing for 20 years and are threadbare but nothing fit right. Then I found a one-off pair of Orvis tech shorts at Costco and they fit great and he actually likes them, but I couldn't find any more of that style/brand.Then I took a chance on these. $30 was a lot for a shot in the dark, but I ordered the same size as those magic Orvis shorts and they fit well! There is room in the front for ..ahem... the extra package, the length is right for guys who like longer shorts, and they look nice.The fabric is lightweight for summer, but it's not thin. The stretch is great.I'm thrilled, really thrilled that I can buy more in different colors, and maybe hubby will let go of the decades old shorts. And since these are sized numerically, I can order new ones if he gains or looses weight.

Features I love about these: very comfortable and cool, pockets, style, and quality. I am 5’7”, 160 lb., usually wear a 34” waste but there is plenty of stretch in these so I got the next size smaller and they fit just right. (The naysayers simply don’t understand light-weight materials.)

Thought the shorts were of the design I needed for a cell and wallet and keys and a set of reading glasses, Only thing that mislead me was the picture with a belt and thought the shorts came with one as pictured, that was not the case,

When it comes to shorts my problem is the front needs to be higher up and the back needs to be lower. It makes them feel uncomfortable. With these shorts I feel very comfortable all the time. I always bought cheap shorts but I'm getting old so spent decent money on multiple choices. When it comes to front and rear height of wearing if you know what I mean you are good.

The shorts are light but functional. They appear [I just received them ] to be comfortable and as advertised.

I really like the shorts. I purchased 3 pairs in different colours. Very lightweight and quick dry. I wear them cycling with cycling specific underwear. My only issue is that the description clearly shows in the photo that a belt is included. All the photos show the same belt however non of them came with a belt. Quite misleading but still great shorts. Just beware no belt.

These are comfortable, light and practical. They can be dressy or very casual. I use them to dog walk, but also to go out for a nice dinner.
