I have read many articles regarding different products and this one came up well, this is the start of the second month and I was getting aches in my finger joints, they seem to be going each day, my knees don’t feel as bad either, I will continue buying this product..I am an active 50 yr woman and work with my hands.. I wanted to get a supplement with vitamin D, because in Wales, there’s not much sun, especially in the winter! I’d also seen that curcumin is meant to be good for well being and joints. I have been taking these capsules a week now and my joints feel stronger and less achy, and I feel happier! Great value for money, came straight away, nice packaging. No problems!

Excellent, I had a vitamin D deficiency. This has helped me feel better! And my blood work is alot better. Special note. You must take this in the morning with 12 grams of fat for absorption

I got this product to help me get through the winter months as I've been struggling with vitamin d deficiency to some extent. This product seemed to be good value and all natural so I decided to give it a go! Too early to say whether it will have the desired effect but the capsules are relatively easy to take and don't taste funny so no complaints so far. Not sure why pain relief is a category on here though as I don't think this product is a supplement and as such surely not supposed to be a pain relief??

Only been taking them for a few days , to early to tell if they will work for painful hands ✋, but definitely feel less tummy bloating that I wasn't expecting.

This product was quickly absorbed and easy to swallow, I felt the benefits within a few days and already noticed quicker pain recovery post exercise and more energy throughout the day (if I had taken a capsule in the morning). I would definitely buy this product again.

I take one tablet per day after food. I have less aches and pains and strangely feel calmer. I seem to be able to take things in my stride now rather than getting het up.
