Lightweight. Good quality and durable. This one does not have folders. It's more of a 3 ring binder with dividers. Not sure how I missed that but thought I would add it here for other buyers. Keeping it for home use. Great value and easy to use!

The delivery was quick and it was exactly what I needed and quality is heavy duty.

Love the design! It feels very sturdy.There are some flaws—denting on the front cover and the lining on the back is wrinkled and not fully adhered to the cover.

Love the colors and design but a total disappointment in the quality of the binder itself. I received the binder bent and the ring holder had made indentations in the binder. They should use some type of protectors around the rings to prevent markings. Very disappointed. Will be sending back

Bought this when I started my organization journey. It holds everything I need for work and then some. The clipboard feature was intended for when I triage patients, but as I added more to the binder it became impractical. Now I just use that feature to hold the things I need to tend to at my desk so they don't get misplaced
