Good favorite not to sweet
At first when you take a drink it’s a little different having to chew, however after drinking a couple I really enjoy drinking it.

Tasty
These packets are one of a kind. I am on my feet a lot at work and don't always have the time to eat. I'll throw one of these in my water and it keeps my physical energy levels up and not in a jittery way! The basil takes some getting used to, if you have had chia in water it has a very similar texture.

Not tasty.
I do not recommend this whatsoever. Flavor is poor, so is the overall texture and sight of it.

Strange -clumpy with chia seeds
So it is hot as can be in South Carolina. When my powder pack showed up I was super excited and busted it open immediately. The powder though it seems to be in sealed packets was clumpy and took some effort to get out of the packet.I followed the directions to let it sit for 5 minutes before drinking. It appears to have chia seeds or something that floats and is chewy. For a person that needs hydration and just wants to slam something in between matches, this is very disconcerting.I love what this drink promises. I love that it is good for me with low sugar. I can't get past the floating things in the mixture. Sadly not for me.

So tasty
This really does the trick keeping you full and hydration. The amount of nutrients packed in this thing is great. Drink with a straw as drinking basil seeds can be tricky and expect sweetness from the coconut

Liked it at first but then it got annoying because of all the seeds
I had no idea what to expect from this but I was intrigued and I love trying new electrolyte drinks. It's a packet of powder and basil seeds that look just like chia seeds. You add the packet to 16 oz of water and let it sit to soak for 5 minutes before drinking. The flavor is good. It tastes exactly like coconut water. The basil seeds feel like a cross between chia seeds and poppy seeds because they do soften up, but they don't get all wet and slimy like chia seeds do. At first I thought it was kind of fun to drink and chew on the basil seeds. The seeds have a bit of a zing from the basil flavor but it's not over powering. After a while it does start to get a bit old having to continuously shake the drink so the seeds don't stay at the bottom and I get the seeds stuck in my teeth. Any time I finish the drink I'm left with a TON of seeds at the bottom of my bottle and it's just too much. My options are to throw the rest out or do a shot of a huge mouthful of seeds. I'll randomly drink these and finish up the pack but I wouldn't get it again.
